CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The camping package includes camping gear rental and transportation (pick-up and drop-off) as agreed upon at booking.
- All rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Any lost, damaged, broken, or excessively soiled items will be charged accordingly.
- Pick-up and drop-off times must be strictly followed. Delays may incur additional charges.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the tent.
If our staff detects the smell of smoke inside the tent upon inspection, a cleaning and penalty fine will be charged to the client. - Clients are required to be responsible campers. You must properly dispose of your own garbage and leave the campsite clean. Any excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
- The company is not liable for any violations of Dubai/UAE camping laws or local regulations committed by the client. Any fines or penalties issued by authorities are the sole responsibility of the client.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
CAMPING WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By completing this booking and checking the confirmation box, I acknowledge and agree that:
- Camping involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, accidents, weather changes, wildlife, fire hazards, and outdoor environmental risks.
- I voluntarily assume full responsibility for myself and all participants included in this booking.
- The company, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or legal issue arising from the use of rented equipment or transportation services.
- I confirm that all participants are physically fit and capable of participating in camping activities.
- I understand that violation of UAE laws and regulations is my sole responsibility.
CAMPING PAYMENT & NON-REFUND POLICY
- A 50% advance booking payment is required to secure the date, equipment, and transportation. Bookings are not confirmed until the advance payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid one (1) day before the scheduled pick-up date or on the pick-up date prior to release of the equipment, unless otherwise agreed.
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancelled bookings made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are consumable and may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to amphibious.dxb@gmail.com at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Only cancellations sent through the official email address will be acknowledged and considered valid.
- Failure to send an email cancellation within the required timeframe will automatically be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
- No-shows and cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up are strictly non-reschedulable and non-refundable.
- The advance booking payment will not be refunded in cases of no-show or last-minute cancellation, as the date, time slot, equipment, and transportation were exclusively reserved and blocked for the client, resulting in company loss.
