POLICIES

  1. BOOKINGS: To secure your slot fully, you must make an advance booking. 
  2. PAYMENT: You must pay the full amount in advance at the time of booking via online bank transfer, payment link, or cash before any services commence.
  3. REFUNDS: Amphibious Surf School does not offer refunds for surf lessons or any services. Furthermore, we do not provide partial refunds for any reserved services unused by the client and/or his/her child/children, regardless of early or late arrival or dismissal.
  4. CANCELLATION: Last-minute cancellations (less than 8 hours before the booking) will result in a forfeited booking with no refund or rescheduling. Please cancel at least 8 hours in advance to avoid this. Additionally, lesson schedules may occasionally change depending on tides and sea conditions, with any changes communicated in advance via email, phone, or text message. If we cancel a lesson due to adverse weather, beach closure, or flat water conditions, alternative dates will be offered, but no refunds will be provided. Amphibious Surf School reserves the right to cancel/curtail lessons due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure – such as war, riots, government action, terrorism, fire, weather conditions, strike action, and similar events outside our control, with no liability for refunds or compensation.
  5. TERMINATION OF BOOKING: We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate the booking arrangements of any customer who refuses to comply with the instructions or orders of the Company staff or other responsible person, without further notice.
  6. LIABILITY: Surfing involves risks to both people and property, even under professional supervision. Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and swimming ability. Additionally, participants with any physical or medical conditions, illnesses, or allergies, including prescribed medications, must inform us at the time of booking. Participants must agree to follow all instructions and decisions made by Amphibious Surf School and its instructors to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants and others.

  1. What are the requirements to participate in Surf lessons?
  • All participants must be able to swim comfortably in 6 feet of water.
  • Additionally, any previous major surgeries, injuries, illnesses, health, or mental disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  1. What should I bring for my lesson?
  • All guests will need to provide their own towels, swimwear/rash guards, and sunscreen.
  • However, all other equipment, including surfboards and leashes, will be provided.

  1. What happen’s if the weather changes during the date of the booked lesson?
  • In determining lesson conditions, we utilize weather and surf forecasts. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll provide alternative options.
  1. What do I need to bring in my swimming class?
  • Bring your own swimwear, towel, goggles, and swim cap.

  • We schedule the lessons around your calendar to meet your needs and help you reach your swimming goals.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS INSTRUCTIONS

Children must be dropped off by a parent or guardian at the poolside pick up/drop off area or designated activity area. Please ensure you are back to collect your child at the end of their lesson.
