Please read our Kids Surf Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all participants. These terms provide essential information and by understanding and agreeing, you help us maintain a fun and secure environment for every child attending our camp.
KIDS SURF GENERAL INFORMATION
The Amphibious Surf School hosts a kids surf camps, Kids Surf Afterschool Programs, and Kids group surf lessons at Dubai and Sharjah. The camp is open to children aged 3 to 12 years.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation Requirements:
All participants must have valid medical insurance and take responsibility for any injuries or liabilities incurred during the activities, as detailed in our kids’ surf terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment:
Participants must register through the link provided by Amphibious Surf School and pay fees in full before accessing any activities. Once payment is made, refunds are not issued. Additionally, make-up sessions are not offered under any circumstances, including missed sessions due to illness, travel, or any other reason.
Conduct and Safety:
Participants are required to follow rules and guidelines set by the school staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund.
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
- Bullying, aggressive behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the camp without a refund.
Medical and Liability:
Parents or guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration. Although the school takes necessary precautions for safety and well-being, it does not assume liability for any injuries or medical issues during the kids activities.
- By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in our kids activities involves inherent risks.
- Parents/guardians agree to release Amphibious LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from injuries during activities.
Food and Water:
The school does not provide food or water. Therefore, parents or guardians must ensure they provide adequate food and water for participants each day.
Additional Terms:
The school reserves the right to photograph and record camp activities for promotional purposes. Parents must inform the school in writing if they oppose their child being photographed or recorded. Additionally, the school does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure participants are dropped off and picked up on time according to the camp schedule.
Agreement:
By registering for the kids activities and making the payment, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and Sharjah UAE.
