I accept the Terms and conditions set forth by Amphibious Surf School

I understand that my child will be participating in the Kids Camp conducted by trained instructors in a safe and supervised environment. While every effort is made to ensure safety, I acknowledge that participation in watersports and related activities carries certain inherent risks, including the possibility of minor injury. I hereby release Amphibious Surf School, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from injuries or accidents that may occur during the activities. I understand that: Missed sessions will not be rescheduled and cannot be transferred to other activities offered by Amphibious Surf School. No-shows will be considered a missed session. Payments are non-refundable once the session has commenced. I also grant permission for photos and videos of my child taken during camp activities to be used for promotional or marketing purposes. If I do not wish my child’s image to be used, I will inform the school so that their face can be excluded or blurred in any media.
